Since there has been no app version update in years, there has been no new content either. These attempts often would cause other significant problems.
When support did implement bug fix attempts, they would take the servers down completely for hours or longer, rather than releasing an App Store patch to fix stuff.
If the actual servers go down, they will address it usually the same day, but implement no changes to avoid future downtime (that are communicated). Support is completely useless, shows almost no communication to the players, and makes no effort to address the many bugs in game.
